Service description

Heartly is a HIPAA-compliant management platform for Adult Residential Facilities (ARFs) and Adult Residential Treatment Facilities (ARTFs). Customer facilities license the platform under a separate Master Services Agreement; these terms apply to authorized end-users.

Acceptable use

Authorized staff may use Heartly only for legitimate facility operations. Sharing credentials, accessing residents you are not assigned to, or exporting PHI outside the facility's custody chain is prohibited and may be subject to HIPAA enforcement.

Termination

Heartly reserves the right to suspend access for accounts that violate these terms, with notification to the customer facility's designated administrator.
